Why Most Agents Stop After Closing

Most agents get paid at closing and move on to the next client. That's the business model. I built mine differently: as a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent, I have the license to keep working for you on the two bills that show up every single year after you buy a home, property taxes and homeowners insurance.

What This Actually Looks Like

Every year, I help past clients protest their property tax valuation when it comes in too high, and review their homeowners insurance at renewal instead of letting it auto-renew at a worse rate. Neither of those services gets me a commission. I do them because that's the difference between an agent and someone who was your agent for 30 days.

Why It Matters
